Your two-year-old is rapidly developing into a competent, independent child ready to face new challenges. Our excellent program is designed to meet, support and develop your child’s emerging skills. Our curriculum develops essential social, emotional, and cognitive skills. 2-3 years old.
Preschool/Kindergarten
Nurture your child’s interest in learning by exploring language, including reading and writing, mathematics, sensorial, practical life competency skills, and studying plants, animals, geography, land and water forms, and continents and oceans in a culturally inclusive environment. 3-6 years old.
Summer School
Our exciting Summer School program alternates each summer from Invertebrate Animals - 2026, Human Anatomy - 2027, and Solar System - 2028. Models, puzzles, books and projects, and arts and crafts are a part of the experience for your child. 2-6 years old.

A big shoutout to Ms. Amela! She is an outstanding teacher and her experience in Montessori methodology clearly shows. My oldest was able to read, write and do basic arithmetic before kinder thanks to her. And we are lucky to have her for our second child as well. She communicates well with parents and has an authentic concern for the child education and development.

My son is now 4 and in the past year he's attended Montessori of San Leandro, he's improved so much in his drawing, writing, and letter recognition (including their sounds). He writes his name independently and is practicing other letters, too. He also knows simple math concepts and can do very basic math problems, like adding and subtracting single digits. He's happy, confident, making friends, and learning so much. Though our communication with the school is not frequent, I find that any email or question I have is answered immediately.

My toddler has been attending the MS of San Leandro for a few months now, and I've noticed how much he really enjoys the school and his teachers in room 4: Ms. Howaida, Ms. Reina, Ms. Noemi and Ms. Jimmy. He talks about them at home with such a happy face. I was so surprised to hear him counting from 1 to 20, counting with his fingers, and singing so many new songs! I could tell his teachers really care and love him just like he's their kid and that makes me very happy that I chose this school for him.

Ms Sarah is the head teacher/Principle and does a wonderful job running the school. My daughter has been at the school for 3 years and she loves going to school.
